Refund Policy

At Ready Canopy (https://readycanopy.com.au/), we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom-configured, we have established a clear Refund & After-Sales Policy. Please read the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

We stand behind our engineering and manufacturing standards. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will work diligently to provide a satisfactory solution (such as replacement parts, repair, or refund).

To process a damaged or faulty item claim, you must adhere to the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Inspection Window: All delivered items must be thoroughly opened and checked within 7 days of delivery.

  • Written Notification: Any damage, defect, incorrect product, or missing parts must be reported to our customer service team in writing within this 7-day period.

  • Required Evidence: You must provide clear photographs and/or videos of the reported issue, including the product itself and the condition of the packaging. Please note that we cannot process a claim or initiate a resolution without valid photographic evidence.

  • How to Report: Please contact us directly through our official support email or the After-Sales portal on our website.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns

Please choose your products carefully. Because a majority of our structures are customized or produced specifically for your order specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds based on a change of mind.

We highly recommend doing thorough research, verifying your structural dimensions, and consulting with our team regarding technical specifications prior to finalizing your order.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that project plans or circumstances can change. However, as materials are allocated and manufacturing schedules are locked in quickly, cancellations are subject to the following timeline fees:

  • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 3.5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers the non-refundable gateway and transaction fees charged by banks or card networks.

  • After 24 Hours (But Before Dispatch/Production Processing): Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the item is prepared or dispatched will incur a 7.5% processing fee of the total order value to cover administrative, sequencing, and processing costs.

  • After Dispatch / Production Incurred: Once your customized order has been built, processed through our factory system, or dispatched from our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Once a refund or adjustment is formally authorized by our team in writing, the credit will be applied back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on the processing times of your financial institution or credit card provider.

  • Ready Canopy is not responsible for any international transaction fees, conversion gaps, or banking charges applied by your bank during the refund process.

5. International Orders & Customs Disclaimers

For customers utilizing our worldwide shipping service:

  • Customs Issues: Ready Canopy is not responsible for packages rejected, delayed, or abandoned at customs due to a customer’s failure to pay local import duties, taxes, or provide required documentation. No refunds will be granted for orders under these circumstances.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In any rare approved scenario where an international return is permitted, the customer bears 100% of the cost and risk of shipping the product back to our facility, unless the product is proven to have a significant factory manufacturing defect covered under our primary warranty.
