1. Production & Lead Times (Important Notice)

Please be advised that a significant portion of our products are made-to-order or custom-configured to meet your specific requirements.

  • Standard Production Cycle: The standard manufacturing and customization cycle typically requires 7 to 8 weeks prior to dispatch.

  • Timeline Commencement: The delivery timelines outlined below commence only after this production period is complete and the order is dispatched from our facility. Please factor this timeline into your project planning.

  • Customization: We pride ourselves on offering diverse customization options. You are welcome to submit your required dimensions or technical specifications at any time, and our engineering team will work to bring your precise vision to life.

2. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

  • Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

  • Coverage: We provide delivery services across all Australian states and territories.

  • Freight Surcharges: While we strive to offer free standard shipping to as many locations as possible, we cannot guarantee free delivery to all regional and remote areas. A freight surcharge will apply to certain islands and regional locations that fall outside our standard delivery network.

  • Order Confirmation: If your delivery address is subject to an additional charge or requires special logistics, our customer service team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the options and final details.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Dispatch Schedule: Completed orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding Australian national public holidays.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

4. Delivery Timelines & Potential Delays

  • Total Estimated Time: The comprehensive cycle—from initial production to final delivery—typically spans 7 to 8 weeks in total.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote parts of Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), South Australia (SA), and Far North Queensland (FNQ) may take longer than standard estimates.

  • Peak Seasons: Extended delivery times should be anticipated during peak periods, particularly in December.

  • Limitation of Liability: Ready Canopy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or costs resulting from a delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales due to carrier logistics, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. Should a significant delay within our control occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note the following conditions:

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's full name. Ready Canopy is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

  • Signature on Delivery: Most parcels require a signature upon delivery. Someone must be available at the nominated address to receive and sign for the goods, unless a prior "Authority to Leave" (ATL) arrangement has been explicitly confirmed.

  • Unloading Assistance: Due to the size and weight of our items, please ensure adequate assistance is available to help unload the products. Delivery drivers are generally not required to move goods beyond the initial delivery point (e.g., curbside or driveway).

  • Inspection Window (7-Day Policy): All items must be thoroughly checked within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us in writing within this 7-day period regarding any damage, faults, or incorrect/missing parts. Timely notification is essential for us to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you immediately upon delivery to your nominated address.
